Own the full-cycle recruitment process for various corporate and operational roles, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and driving offer decisions. 2. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs, provide talent insights, and support workforce planning. 3. Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, campus recruiting, and industry networks. 4. Conduct professional interviews using structured interview methods or competency-based frameworks, and provide hiring recommendations to managers. 5. Optimize the recruitment process by improving efficiency, managing interview workflows, enhancing candidate experience, and analyzing hiring data. 6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline and engage passive candidates to strengthen the employer brand.7. Support new hire onboarding and collaborate with HR teams to ensure positive integration of new employees.8. Research industry talent trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies and tools. Requirements 1. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required. 2. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, with proven ability to independently manage full-cycle hiring. 3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 4. Proficient in recruitment tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, ATS systems). 5. Strong understanding of employment and labor laws. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.7. Strong sense of ownership, ability to work under pressure, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
