Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background supporting high-volume manufacturing and warehouse environments, specifically within aerospace or industrial production settings. This role will primarily focus on recruiting skilled manufacturing professionals including Machine Operators, NDT Technicians (Non-Destructive Testing/X-Ray Inspection), production associates, and additional warehouse personnel involved in the manufacturing of airplane engine components. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers, operations leadership, and employees in a fast-paced production environment. This role will also support onboarding, employee relations, benefits communication, and general HR functions as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and production-related positions Recruit and source candidates for roles including: Machine Operators NDT Technicians (Non-Destructive Testing/X-Ray Inspection) Production Associates Warehouse Personnel Quality Control Technicians Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and plant leadership Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume manufacturing roles Partner with operations teams to understand workforce planning and staffing needs Support onboarding processes including orientation, new permanent paperwork, and compliance documentation Assist employees with benefits questions, HR policies, and general employee support Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment laws Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees, leadership teams, and external candidates
