What You'll Actually Do :

Recruit real estate agents to join talk Realty Build relationships with agents across Hawai'i Conduct recruiting calls and meetings Attend networking events and industry functions Track recruiting pipelines and follow-up Learn how high-level recruiting and brokerage growth actually works Work closely with leadership on strategy and growth Help improve recruiting systems and processes Become deeply connected within the real estate industry This role is heavily relationship-driven. You will spend a lot of time talking with people, following up, building trust, and creating opportunities.
