Staffing Specialist LIH Airport

EDS Service Solutions partners with leading car rental companies nationwide to support back-end operations at Rental Car Centers across the country. Our team is built on strong relationships, dependable service, and taking care of both our clients and employees like ohana. We're currently looking for a motivated and experienced Onsite Recruiter to join our team at Lihue Airport (LIH) . In this role, you'll help bring in solid candidates, support daily staffing needs, and help create a positive, hardworking team environment. Weekly Pay Location:

LIH Lihue Airport Call or text Jason at (808) 240-1706 to set up an interview. I'm here on island and ready to meet you in person. Key Responsibilities Develop and carry out recruiting strategies to bring in qualified candidates Manage the full-cycle recruiting process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and work closely with leadership on hiring decisions Partner with Operations and Corporate teams to support staffing needs and workforce planning Support onboarding and training efforts to help new hires feel welcomed and set up for success Assist with trainings focused on communication, leadership, and employee performance Monitor employee engagement and performance through systems like PeopleSoft Help maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Field Recruiting & Community Engagement Visit local job sites and busy community areas to connect with potential candidates Pass out recruiting materials and share job opportunities around the island Work with Operations to identify good recruiting spots throughout Kauai Attend job fairs and hiring events when needed Travel as needed to support hiring efforts, including neighbor islands or mainland travel if required Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition Hands-on experience with ATS platforms Strong communication and people skills Experience supporting training and employee development Understanding of performance management and employment laws Contract staffing experience is a plus Bilingual and fluent English preferred Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment If you meet the qualifications, send in your application for immediate consideration.
