This is an opportunity to work directly alongside an industry veteran with 30+ years of experience spanning both the insurance industry and insurance recruiting profession. Since launching in September 2024, the firm has experienced rapid momentum by focusing on relationship-driven recruiting, industry expertise, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships across the insurance marketplace. We partner nationally with insurance carriers, brokerages, MGAs, insurtechs, TPAs, and related organizations on key hires across underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance/accounting, product, compliance, operations, sales, marketing, legal, IT, executive leadership, and more. What We're Looking For We are seeking a motivated, relationship-oriented professional who enjoys networking, recruiting, business development, and building long-term professional relationships within the insurance industry. This is not a transactional recruiting environment.

Relationship building Industry credibility Consultative communication Long-term partnerships High responsiveness and professionalism What You'll Be Doing Source and recruit insurance professionals nationwide Build pipelines across multiple insurance disciplines and lines of coverage Conduct candidate outreach and executive-level recruiting conversations Support search execution from intake through placement Assist with business development and client relationship initiatives Engage with insurance leaders, hiring managers, and HR professionals Contribute to recruiting strategy, branding, networking, and growth initiatives Ideal Background Recruiting, staffing, insurance, sales, or business development experience Insurance industry knowledge strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Highly organized, proactive, and professionally persistent
Pay:
$60,629.25 - $150,000.00 per year
