Job Description
Looking for a part-time role with a flexible schedule? Iowa Select Farms is hiring a Bilingual HR Recruiter out of our West Des Moines/ Iowa Falls office. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to identify and bring in new talent for our open positions. While daily tasks may vary, job responsibilities will include posting openings on job boards, publishing ads on company social media platforms, calling and screening potential applicants, and attending job fairs or other company events as necessary. Also, this position will help develop creative recruitment content and connect with applicants through various communication platforms. The ideal candidate is someone with great people skills who enjoys connecting with others and providing a positive experience through the hiring process.
