Refer a Friend Back to Search LaSalle Network is partnering with leading U.S. Packaging, a recognized leader in sustainable flexible packaging solutions, to hire a high-impact Contract Recruiter in Batavia, IL. This Contract Recruiter opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and knows how to move quickly without sacrificing candidate experience. The Contract Recruiter will play a critical role in stabilizing high-volume hiring operations by sourcing, screening and onboarding hourly manufacturing talent across multiple open positions. This individual will work with urgency, maintain strong organization and help drive hiring timelines in a busy production environment. What's the job? Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, walk-ins, web applications and paid advertising Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage background checks, onboarding documentation and hiring workflows Ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process Maintain recruiting pipelines and track hiring activity across multiple requisitions Support HR initiatives and recruiting process improvements Partner closely with leadership to meet urgent staffing needs What's needed? 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or manufacturing environments Manufacturing recruiting experience required Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously Strong communication and relationship-building skills Hands-on recruiting style with strong execution focus Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding and candidate vetting Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment What's in it for me?
