Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
Lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team as the primary point of contact and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the business's hiring needs Develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to understand hiring needs, and create and execute recruitment strategies, providing strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and supporting the workforce planning and recruiting projections process Support the workforce planning and recruiting projections process by providing guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation with experience in managing high-volume, field-exempt, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development Other duties as assigned
