Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their hiring and pre-employment processes. In this role, you'll guide candidates from offer acceptance through their first day, ensuring a smooth, positive, and well-organized onboarding experience. This is a contract role that will go through September. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout pre-employment and onboarding Initiate, track, and follow up on screenings via HireRight to ensure timely completion Coordinate offer acceptance documentation and onboarding paperwork Partner with HR, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to ensure all onboarding steps are completed before start dates Communicate start-date details, first-day instructions, and onboarding expectations to new hires Maintain accurate weekly new-hire reports in Excel, including start dates, roles, locations, and onboarding status Ensure data accuracy and alignment between iCIMS and internal tracking reports Monitor onboarding milestones and escalate delays or issues as needed Update and manage candidate records within iCIMS Support interview scheduling and coordination when required Prepare offer and onboarding documents using Word Manage communication and calendar coordination through Outlook Assist with ad-hoc hiring and onboarding reporting requests Ensure compliance with internal hiring and onboarding procedures Contribute to a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business goals Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR support Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS strongly preferred Familiarity with screening platforms such as HireRight Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and support effective solutions Active listener with clear, professional communication Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving Thrives in a fast-paced environment and committed to continuous improvement Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to deliver individual results Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
