Position Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to interview scheduling, hiring event support, sourcing, and PTO coverage Provides support for internal and external applicant questions Manage candidate and requisition data in Applicant Tracking System with accuracy, ensuring workflows are followed and records stay up to date Maintain clean and reliable CRM pipelines through regular updates, audits, and data management to support recruiting visibility Communicates frequently with the Talent Acquisition Team, candidates (internal/external), management and HR staff Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 plus years of related experience
