Job Description
Company DescriptionDo you have HEART? This position reports to the Talent Administrator and oversees administrative responsibilities to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Monitor team progress on Smart Recruiters and communicate updates weekly to team leaders.
Perform weekly audits of all open position trackers.
Support the Talent Administrator with processing and recording invoices.
Assist with troubleshooting efforts for Smart Recruiters questions and new hire transfer errors.
Perform all other duties assigned.
Ability to interpret needs and take action with limited direction.
Ability to stay organized and attentive to team members
Job DescriptionPay Rate:
$20/hour Perform administrative duties per the needs of the Talent Administrator and members of the Training and TA team.Monitor team progress on Smart Recruiters and communicate updates weekly to team leaders.

Current enrolment in an accredited educational programArea of Study:
Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Business.Type of Experience:
Office administrationSpecial Certifications:
N/aLanguage Skills:
Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word, with the ability to learn applicant tracking software.Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interpret needs and take action with limited direction.
