Job Description:
About the role: Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for the district or network office by coordinating candidate pipelines, events, onboarding tasks, and providing administrative support to the Director of Career Development to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain recruiting materials and candidate kits. Manage candidate tracking in ATS and update recruiting reports. Source candidates through job boards and social media. Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork and track progress. Support leadership with administrative recruiting tasks. Calendar Management of the Director of Career Development Conduct Initial interviews to support individual metrics Maintain personal candidate pipeline inventory Develop Center of Influences from personal market Build and develop effective referral sources within the community, advocates, and from a variety of other sources that generate qualified leads Assist in the coordination of leadership team meetings and the preparation of activity/results reports
Qualifications:
2+ years administrative or recruiting support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with ATS. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator. Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing platforms (, Indeed) Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people Strong network of personal/professional advocates or community involvement Compensation & goals: Help achieve monthly targets Base salary + bonus
