As a Senior Talent Partner at Accertify, you will support the companys continued growth by managing fullcycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, execute effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience. This role is wellsuited for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, recruiting across multiple functions, and contributing to wellrun, scalable recruiting processes within a SaaS environment.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance on candidate profiles, and support effective hiring decisions.
Execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates across technical SaaS roles.
Support and follow established recruitment processes, contributing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Partner with HR colleagues to support onboarding handoffs and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
Leverage strong technical acumen to engage, assess, and attract toptiertechnical talent.
Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, while developing and applying creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
Maintain a high responsiveness standard, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment processTrack, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to inform recruiting strategy and identify opportunities for optimizationParticipate in recruiting initiatives, including employer branding, building strong talent pipelines, and process enhancements.
Assist with recruiting for UK and/or EMEA-based roles as needed, in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Effective communication skills and comfort working directly with hiring managers.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and align them to business needs.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering a highquality candidate experience.
Proven technical recruiting experience is essential, including the ability to understand technical concepts and thoroughly evaluate candidates for technology-focused roles.
Creative sourcing mindset with the ability to develop innovative approaches to identifying and engaging talent. Commitment to providing a highquality andtimelycandidate experience.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred Qualifications4-5 years of experience in fullcycle recruiting, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or fastgrowing organization.
Exposure to recruiting in the UK and/or EMEA markets is a plus.
Bachelors degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000$100,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
