Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, connecting top-tier candidates with exciting opportunities across various departments. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help us attract, engage, and hire talented professionals who align with our company's mission. You'll utilize innovative sourcing strategies, leverage cutting-edge HR technology, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to streamline hiring workflows and maintain accurate candidate records Conduct research and outreach through social media management platforms and professional networks to generate leads and build talent pipelines Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent Facilitate employment & labor law compliance during all stages of hiring and onboarding processes Conduct employee orientation sessions, assist with employee evaluation processes, and support succession planning efforts Use HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro to update employee data and manage HR sourcing activities effectively Engage in negotiation discussions with candidates to ensure mutually beneficial employment agreements Maintain strong knowledge of HR sourcing tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn for efficient candidate management Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with familiarity in executive recruiting preferre Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or Lever; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or Paychex is a plus Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates through cold calling, social media outreach, and interviews Ability to research market trends and generate leads through innovative sourcing techniques Knowledge of sales principles applied to recruiting efforts for effective lead generation and candidate engagement Experience in human resources management functions including employee relations, training & development, and employee orientation Familiarity with employee evaluation processes and HR tools such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft for data management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Recruiter and become a vital part of our vibrant team!
