Talent Acquisition Specialist Location:

Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while building and maintaining a strong talent network to support client staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews. Coordinate client interviews and candidate placements. Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking systems. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent. Perform reference checks, onboarding, and employment verifications. Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates. Attend job fairs and community recruiting events. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or talent acquisition experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms. Ability to build and maintain an accurate talent network and candidate database.
