Required Travel:
Periodic travel between Endeavor Health locations and job fairs What you will do: Research, plan and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies for a variety of healthcare positions across Endeavor Health Develop, facilitate and execute all phases of the full life cycle recruitment process Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify ideal candidate profiles Assist with job posting and advertising activities Screen and interview qualified candidates Coordinate interviews with hiring leaders Manage the offer process utilizing salary ranges, candidate experience and internal equity Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, regulations and company policies Initiate pre-boarding activities Attend and participate in job fairs and other related strategy planning activities What you will need:
Education:
Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources or related field required
Experience:
3+ years recruitment experience in healthcare setting or relevant experience
Skills:
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of Workday Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred
