Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k), Career Growth Opportunities Job Summary Premier Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Recruiter to support recruitment efforts across multiple long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. This position will oversee full-cycle recruiting for clinical, nursing, administrative, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership roles throughout our organization. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Long-term care or healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple nursing home and healthcare facilities Post and maintain job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions Coordinate interviews with facility leadership and department managers Maintain applicant tracking and hiring records Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding coordination Work closely with Administrators, DONs, HR, and department managers to identify staffing needs Develop recruiting strategies to improve staffing levels and reduce agency usage Attend job fairs and community recruitment events as needed Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and applicable employment laws Independently follow up on open positions and hiring progress Qualifications Previous recruiting experience required Healthcare or long-term care recruiting experience preferred Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously Experience using Indeed and online recruiting platforms Knowledge of onboarding and hiring processes Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to travel occasionally between facilities if needed Preferred Experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) recruiting Nursing recruitment (CNA, LPN, RN) Multi-site recruiting experience HR or healthcare staffing background Benefits Competitive salary Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Supportive team environment Growth and advancement opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday Day Shift Full-Time Work Location Corporate Office with support for multiple facility locations.Pay:
