Job Description

Summary The Human Resource Recruiter is directly responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of hourly positions which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, post-offer process (background checks, drug screens, physicals, etc.), on-boarding and retention.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the non-exempt (hourly) recruiting, and training processes which includes sourcing, screening, recruiting, and on-boarding Conduct and coordinate pre-employment process (drug screen, background checks, and E-Verify) Responsible for ensuring compliance with the overall pre-employment I-9, E-Verify, E-Screen and Background Check compliance process Participate in job fairs and community outreach recruiting strategies Manage/ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and update Personnel Activity Log (PAL) Post all hourly open positions internally and externally Provide plant tours to interested applicants Responsible for onboarding new hires including: conduct orientation, review of policies & benefits, administrate Alchemy training, printing employee badges, etc. Enter new hire information and maintain Workday (HRIS) system Participate in routine walk through of production floor for employee engagement Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of Affirmative Action Plans and Employment Law Workday and Alchemy Manager Training experience a plus! Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills Ability to conduct interviews and give tours of facility Strong presentation skills
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish Computer literate (
MS Office:
Excel, Word and Power Point). Ability to administer HR processes, policy, and procedures Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) 1-3 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or staffing agency
