Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Specialist to support recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) Review applications daily and conduct timely candidate outreach Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Communicate regularly with Operations to align on hiring needs and priorities Track candidate progress through the hiring process and ensure timely movement Assist with onboarding and ensure candidates are prepared for their start date Support job posting management, including refreshing ads and monitoring performance Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Proven success in a high-volume recruiting environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong sense of urgency and follow-through Work Environment Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be able to manage multiple open positions and deadlines Why Join Us Opportunity to make an immediate impact High-visibility role supporting operations Growth potential within the organization Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional Information / Benefits Paid Holidays 401K/403b
