You'lloversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing tohiring and pre-boarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Are You an Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion?

Strategically support the business and consult with key stakeholders to attract,identify, and select superior talent. Leadthe full cycle recruiting process for open positions to effectively and efficiently source and place the best talent for our organization, while meeting our dynamic business needs. Partner with hiring managers to fill their openings while providinga superiorexperience. Leverage all recruiting resources and technologies to reach our key performance indicators. Participateinand contribute to high-level discussionsregardingheadcount adds, replacements, and overallpeoplestrategy. Partner with strategically selected colleges and universities regarding early career recruiting. Liaise and support external staffing agencies in the interview process andhiring oftemporary/contract workers. Look for and implement process improvements related to attracting and selecting talent. Participate in various projects and initiatives with the Talent Acquisition teamand the broader Shared Service team- both within the US and globally. What do we expect from you? Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, orarelated field Minimum of3years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills to support business needs and stakeholderengagement Proven ability to leadfull-cyclerecruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, andpre-boarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and externalpartners Proficiencyin using recruiting resources and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social mediaplatforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and meet key performanceindicators Experience inidentifyingand implementing process improvements in talentacquisition Occasional travel,as needed(typically around 5%) What can you expect from us?
