Full Job Description Job Overview:
At Summit Staffing , we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, recruiting, and managing top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring the right candidates are placed in the right roles. You'll take ownership of the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviews to onboarding, while cultivating relationships in the community and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and Engage Candidates :
Proactively identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Build & Maintain Talent Pools :
Continuously build and nurture a pool of top-tier candidates for current and future job openings. Collaborate with
Hiring Managers :
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, refine recruiting strategies, and ensure alignment with client needs.
Conduct Interviews & Assessments :
Perform in-depth interviews, administer skills assessments, and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Attend Networking & Community Events :
Represent Summit Staffing at job fairs , networking events , and community engagement activities to build brand awareness and expand the candidate network.
Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing :
Research and implement innovative sourcing methods, leveraging new recruitment tools and local partnerships to enhance our candidate pipeline.
Support Onboarding :
Oversee the complete onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates joining new roles.
Administrative Excellence :
Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) - the ability to engage with a diverse candidate pool is a must. Previous staffing experience is preferred. Experience with Avionté is a plus, but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools. A proactive mindset with a passion for building relationships and promoting the Summit Staffing brand in the community. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Additional Duties:
Answer candidate inquiries and manage follow-up communication. Assist with processing applications, payroll, documentation, and ensuring compliance. Support special recruitment projects and assist with detailed reporting as needed. Additional duties as assigned , ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to organizational needs.
