Full Job Description Hours:
8am-5pm open for Overtime as needed Able to travel locally to surrounding areasPOSITION DESCRIPTION
Fills client company positions by determining hiring requirements; planning and implementing recruiting campaigns; targeting, contacting, and qualifying candidates. Developing a network of resources for recruiting and ongoing staffing needs. Develops a strong "grass roots" recruiting plan and adheres to the plan for a successful method of recruiting.RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies recruiting sources by determining current needs; locating and evaluating sources; matching job qualifications and requirements with likely candidate sources. Manage full cycle recruitment process in a fast‐paced environment: including developing job descriptions, posting ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, interviewing, extending offers, background screening procedures, scheduling preemployment drug and physical screening Conduct background, Drug Screen and reference checks. Document and execute results in a timely manner. Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process (i.e communicates status, answers questions). Maintains and processes employee files in a timely and confidential manner. Must be a self‐starter who is extremely organized and detail oriented. Develop and execute New Hire Orientations, when needed. Assist at job sites, as needed, when recruiting is at a minimal. This may include training associates, conducting orientations, assisting in supervision of employees on the floor and other various duties. Provide organized reports that clearly demonstrate recruitment progress to Recruiting Director Ability to travel, locally, daily. Travel could be, but not limited to, job fairs, job sites, "grass roots recruiting" (distributing flyers), and other various locations Participate in special projects as needed. #Internal123Job Type:
