This role is essential for maintaining a strong partnership with our client, ensuring smooth operational execution, and delivering exceptional service to both employees and client leadership. In this position, you will manage large-scale workforce operations ranging from 100 to 400 employees , overseeing the full employee lifecycle—from high-volume recruiting and onboarding to scheduling, attendance, and employee relations. You will be responsible for driving workforce efficiency, operational consistency, and a positive worksite culture. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, addressing staffing needs, operational concerns, and workforce performance. Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with client stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Communicate daily updates regarding headcount, attendance, and operational performance. Large Headcount Workforce Management (100-400 Employees) Oversee daily attendance, shift rosters, and performance tracking for a large group of associates. Ensure accurate scheduling, manage call-offs, replacements, and shift changes. Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and employee engagement activities for a large onsite workforce. Maintain workforce stability while actively improving retention and productivity. Recruiting & Processing Partner with internal recruiting teams to fulfill high-volume labor needs quickly and efficiently. Assist directly in screening, interviewing, and processing new hires when necessary to meet client demands. Ensure all onboarding steps, documentation, and compliance requirements are fully completed and accurate. Support ongoing recruiting initiatives to maintain a strong and ready talent pipeline. Operational Excellence Monitor productivity, attendance trends, retention rates, and overall workforce performance. Implement corrective action plans and improvement strategies as needed. Ensure compliance with client policies, safety procedures, and all Summit Staffing guidelines. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to headcount, attendance, turnover, and performance metrics. Community & Brand Representation Serve as a professional representative of Summit Staffing at the client site and within the local community. Promote Summit's values of teamwork, reliability, professionalism, and service excellence. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) - able to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce. Previous experience managing large headcounts (100-400 employees) in staffing or onsite operations (required). Strong experience in high-volume recruiting, processing, and onboarding. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with learning new systems (Avionté experience a plus). Capable of working independently, multitasking, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, adaptable, and solution-driven with strong attention to detail. Expectations Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork in all interactions.
