Job Description
Overview Consultant-Talent Acquisition Intermediate Our leaders shape strategic initiatives, develop passionate teams, and work to improve health outcomes. Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Talent Acquisition team in the role of Revenue Cycle Talent Acquisition Consultant-Intermediate, Non-Clinical Recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Consultant is targeted to have hands-on experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle functions, with an understanding of how roles across patient access, coding, billing, and revenue integrity contribute to financial performance and patient experience. This role partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition support. The consultant manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment. They apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure the compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. Finally, this position assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies. Full-time day shift role working Monday-Friday in a hybrid capacity with some on-site expectations at our Downtown Indianapolis office as needed.
