As a recruiter at Altra Homecare Group you will be working alongside a team of driven individuals, striving to improve the lives of everyone we encounter. From patients to clients, co-workers, and caregivers, we are working to enrich the lives of everyone. You will do this by… Identifying quality candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods Interview qualified candidates to determine if they fit current needs Create and maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, co-workers, and healthcare professionals Perform a variety of customer service-related activities Manage schedules of clients and caregivers Work together with team members to ensure success on all fronts Rotating on-call responsibilities spread throughout team members Other tasks as deemed necessary Our ideal candidate possesses the following traits… Goal Oriented Performance Driven Hard-Working Positive Attitude Leadership skills Teamwork skills
