Job Description

This position is responsible for aiding and supporting the Talent Acquisition team and performing Recruiting-related duties to support the Organization's hiring needs in all departments. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants relative to processes, application status, etc. Participate in the hiring process by conducting reference checks on candidates. Participate in the hiring process by conducting and tracking background checks on candidates. Participate in new hire bonus tracking. Support communication with staff, manager, and the HR team. Support reception coverage daily. Stay current with best practices and compliance in recruiting-related functions. Assist with job fairs and recruiting events with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Promote positive culture throughout the organization. Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies. Display and promote the organization's mission. Assist with various tasks to support department operations as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and can learn new systems quickly. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new approaches. 1+ years of work experience in a relatable field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a prevalent professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively across departmental teams.
