Full Job Description Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location:
Lenexa, Kansas (Kansas City) | Full-Time | On-Site Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through day one and beyond. This role ensures all documentation, compliance requirements, and pre‑employment steps are completed accurately and on time while delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners closely with HR, Operations, and Compliance teams to prepare new hires for success and maintain compliance across all hiring activities. What You'll Get $21.00-$24.00 Hourly (DOE) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage available 401(k)/Roth retirement plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Life/AD&D and Supplemental Insurance Available What You'll Do Send, track, & verify onboarding paperwork for new hires Follow up with candidates to ensure documents are completed on time Coordinate and schedule drug screenings, background checks, and MVRs Verify candidate eligibility & clear candidates to start work Complete and process I‑9 and E‑Verify documentation Upload and maintain employee records in ADP and internal systems Coordinate tools, equipment, and onboarding logistics prior to start date Communicate start dates, onboarding tasks, and important deadlines to new hires Send orientation emails and onboarding instructions Facilitatе Day 1-2 New Hire Orientation sessions Communicate with the VP of Compliance, HR, and Operations teams Work with Project Management teams to support badging and credentialing projects Assist with onboarding‑related reporting, tracking, and special projects Who We Are REMEDI8® is a national leader in passive fire protection and compliance solutions for healthcare and commercial facilities. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or administrative operations (preferred) Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high‑volume documentation Experience coordinating onboarding, compliance, or HR processes (preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Strong organizational and follow‑up skills Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams Experience using HRIS or ATS systems (e.g., ADP) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Self‑motivated, dependable, and process‑driven Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Frequent use of phone and computer Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to pass drug screen and background check Reliable attendance and punctuality For more information about REMEDI8® or to find more jobs like this one, visit www.myremedi8.com EEO Employer, including disability/veterans
