Table Education:

A Bachelor's degree (or a powerhouse combination of a related degree and 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience).

Experience:

At least 1+ years of experience in the fast-paced world of recruiting or HR.

Tech Savvy:

• Pro-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs. Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite. A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to supercharge your workflow. Extra "Wow" Factors (Preferred)

Industry Edge:

Experience in the high-stakes Healthcare industry or RPO environments.

salary:

$26 - $40 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education:

Bachelors Responsibilities Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and that new programs are fully staffed for opening dates.

Candidate Assessment:

Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Offer Management:

Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, while managing counter-offers as needed.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.

Policy Expertise:

Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.

In-Person:

June 1st - 4th in the Orlando, Florida area. All travel expenses will be reimbursed. You'll receive a daily meal stipend once you submit your expense report. The amount will vary depending on how many meals are provided each day (typically between $50-$59/day).
