Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our on-site HR team. In this role you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our light industrial production and warehouse operations — sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating and conducting interviews, and helping new hires get started on day one. No prior recruiting experience is required; we'll train the right person. What matters most is your work ethic, your ability to stay organized, and your comfort with technology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Post and manage job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit Build and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide support on talent management strategies Schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay current on employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance throughout all hiring activities. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with job fairs, staffing agency relationships, and community outreach Initiate pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens) Support onboarding and new hire paperwork as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Strong computer skills — comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities Professional, people-first attitude with a commitment to a positive candidate experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred (not required): Prior recruiting or HR experience Experience with applicant tracking software Light industrial or manufacturing background
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged working on a computer at a desk, sitting or standing.
