Job Description

Lindsey Wilson University is seeking applicants for the position of Enrollment Coordinator to serve the Hazard campus and surrounding service region. The Enrollment Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the University's mission by recruiting prospective students, building strong community relationships, and guiding students through the admissions process. This position serves as a key connection between Lindsey Wilson University and local agencies, educational institutions, and community partners.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Recruiting students for all Lindsey Wilson University programs Building and maintaining relationships within the Hazard service region Mentoring prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process Representing the University at community events, partner sites, and recruitment activities Serving as a liaison between the University and local organizations and institutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Experience in recruitment, marketing, or community engagement preferred Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service region Demonstrated commitment to student support and customer service The ideal candidate will embody Lindsey Wilson University's philosophy of actively caring for students and will bring energy, professionalism, and a relationship-focused approach to recruitment. Candidates must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to successfully pass a background check.
