Role:
This role is responsible for managing the beginning-to-end hiring process across multiple locations. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates and leaders through the selection process. The recruiter also manages offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment steps while ensuring a seamless onboarding transition. This role plays a key part in building strong talent pipelines, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and supporting timely, high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
How You'll Drive Our Mission Forward:
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of workforce needs. Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels including online platforms, networking, social media, and direct outreach. Manage job postings on CIS and other job posting websites; maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring job postings are accurate, attractive, and up to date. Develop and maintain relationships with feeder schools, professional organizations, certification programs, and college or technical institutions that allow for clinical rotations or internships at CIS facilities. Attend and represent CIS at on-site and virtual job fairs, career events, and recruiting sessions, including public speaking engagements, student presentations, and after-hours recruitment activities. Screen applications, conduct initial candidate assessments, and share qualified candidates with hiring managers. Assist managers with phone screens and interviews as needed; oversee preparation of interview questions, evaluation tools, and other hiring and selection materials. Collaborate with hiring managers and the Director of Human Resources throughout the offer process, including identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Great Match:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (required) SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative Proficient in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
