Job Description

Senior Helpers Lafayette is seeking a driven, results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers who are reliable, consistent, and committed to delivering quality care. We are looking for someone who understands that success in recruiting is not just about hiring — it's about hiring people who stay, perform, and contribute to long-term client care . Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using ATS systems Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives Travel throughout service areas for recruiting efforts Post jobs and engage candidates across social media platforms Partner with leadership to meet hiring and retention goals Focus on recruiting caregivers who are reliable, consistent, and able to maintain active schedules Schedule & Work Expectations Full-time, 40-hour work week Every other Saturday (4 hours) with adjusted time within the same work week Flexibility for after-hours recruiting events as needed Participation in on-call rotation (currently holiday-based; may expand) Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (home care preferred but not required) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Hireology is a plus Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with WellSky or similar home care/healthcare systems preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Professional, goal-oriented, and growth-minded Compensation $20-$23/hour , based on experience Performance-based incentives tied to caregiver retention (90 days) , hiring volume, and workforce stability. Incentive structure and eligibility details will be reviewed during the offer process.
