Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic legal professional to join our talent acquisition team in the role of Legal Recuiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top legal talent to meet the firm's strategic growth objectives. Your expertise in legal recruitment, combined with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of employment law, will drive successful placements across various legal disciplines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our legal team while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Conduct detailed research on potential candidates through social media management tools and professional networks like LinkedIn and Salesforce. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Negotiate employment terms and contracts ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards while aligning with organizational goals. Coordinate with HR sourcing teams for talent management initiatives including campus recruitment, succession planning, and employee orientation programs. Maintain strong relationships with candidates through cold calling, lead generation activities, and ongoing communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements Must be a licensed Attorney Proven experience in talent acquisition or executive recruiting within the legal or human resources sectors. Knowledge of employment & labor law, contracts, employee evaluation processes, and HRIS platforms like UltiPro or Kronos. Strong research skills utilizing social media management tools and platforms like Salesforce for sourcing candidates. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Experience with HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, lead generation, and campus recruitment strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. $42,999.27 - $51,784.06 per year
