Job Description

Compensation:
$17/hour The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Administrative Intern is to provide administrative and back-end support to our Internal Recruiting and Campus Recruiting Teams while learning the fundamentals of Talent Acquisition, ALKU's hiring process, and vendor management. This internship will offer hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Talent Acquisition team that supports a fast-growing sales organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and backend support to the Talent Acquisition Team throughout the hiring lifecycle Assist with job postings across multiple platforms and ensure postings are accurate and up to date Support candidate coordination, including interview scheduling and follow-up communication Maintain and organize candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and team initiatives as needed Work alongside the Talent Leadership Team to improve and sustain efficiency in recruitment practices Ensure all processes and documents are consistent for Talent teams and ensure they align with each team's needs
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Enthusiastic about promoting career opportunities to fellow students
On-Site Requirements:
In the office 3 days/week
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Education and Experience:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree #LI-HM1
