Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a growing organization in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage recruiting from initial outreach through offer coordination while building strong candidate pipelines for technical and corporate roles. The right candidate will bring a proactive approach to talent sourcing, maintain an organized recruitment process, and deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and applicants.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that identify talent with relevant experience through job boards, networking channels, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs, define candidate profiles, and adjust search efforts based on business priorities.
  • Manage multiple openings at once, including roles that require high-volume hiring support, while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Use the applicant tracking system to keep candidate records accurate, organized, and up to date throughout the hiring process.
  • Evaluate applicants through resume review and screening conversations to determine alignment with role requirements and team needs.
  • Communicate consistently with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates, schedule next steps, and maintain momentum in the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress to help improve efficiency, identify challenges, and support hiring decisions.
