Recruiter

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a temp to hire basis. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting corporate talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to support workforce growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified professionals for corporate clients Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals Maintain accurate records and track recruiting activity within ATS systems Ensure compliance with hiring standards, credentialing requirements, and internal processes Represent the organization professionally during recruiting initiatives and events Qualifications Prior recruiting experience required Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset #RJADM45

Pay:

$30.00 - $39.00 per hour
