We're partnering with a well-established, mission-driven nonprofit to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with internship experience or someone with 1–3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience who wants hands-on exposure across the full hiring lifecycle.

Long-standing organization with a strong reputation in the community What You'll Be Doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Post job openings across major platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) Source and engage candidates for a variety of roles across the organization Conduct initial phone screens and candidate outreach Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Support onboarding and orientation, serving as a welcoming point of contact for new hires Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process Qualifications Internship experience up to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable juggling multiple openings and priorities Professional discretion when handling confidential information Interest in growing a career in
