Human Resources Recruiter All Care - 4.0 Lynn, MA Job Details Full-time $68,000 - $73,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits 403(b) matching Mileage reimbursement Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement 403(b) Qualifications Confidential information handling Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Customer service ATS Bachelor's degree Full Job Description All Care is seeking a Recruiter to be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring and onboarding of qualified candidates for agency positions. This role supports recruitment initiatives, maintains hiring documentation, and partners with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing. This position follows a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule, with four days based in our Lynn office and one day working remotely.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for open positions through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings. Prepare and extend job offers and assist with pre-employment paperwork. Ensure all hiring and onboarding documentation is complete prior to orientation. Enter and maintain candidate and employee information in hiring software systems. Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials as required. Attend job fairs, hiring events, and agency functions to support recruitment efforts. Track and report recruitment metrics. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified staff. Maintain regular communication with HR leadership regarding recruitment activity and challenges. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with applicants, employees, and managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related recruiting or HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruiting tools. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
