Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to reach potential candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
• Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

Position:

Bilingual Recruiter

• Portuguese, Spanish, and English Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a bilingual setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
