PM Base Salary:

We're looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter to join our fast-paced staffing team in Peabody, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, has a positive attitude, and is motivated by earning commission while helping candidates find rewarding careers. What You'll Do Recruit and place manufacturing, warehouse, and skilled trade professionals Make a high volume of outbound calls to candidates and clients Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients Keep accurate recruiting activity and candidate records Work toward weekly and monthly hiring goals What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and "go-getter" mentality Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Comfortable making high-volume phone calls and sending emails daily Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within the recruiting industry Customer service, sales, recruiting, or staffing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person What We Offer Competitive base salary of $50,000 Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential Paid training and ongoing support Opportunity for career growth and advancement Team-oriented, energetic work environment Monday-Friday schedule with nights and weekends off If you're motivated by success, enjoy connecting with people, and are ready to build a rewarding career in recruiting, we'd love to hear from you.
