Job Description

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Plan, design and implement an effective talent acquisition process for management, exempt and non-exempt staff within Berkshire Health Systems.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
(Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
3 years in Human Resources Department with focus on extensive interviewing experience and with demonstrated decision making responsibilities preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws/regulations preferred.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience in Human Resources or employment services considered.
License, Certification & Registration:
None Other Requirements:
Demonstrated evidence of strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner. Ability to work independently in a busy office setting. Proven ability to deal effectively with conflict situations. Excellent organizational skills. Basic mathematical skills and computer skills. Performance consistent with high level of customer service standards. Functional ability to utilize computer software applications required.
