Job Summary:

Job Description Drive candidate identification and pipeline generation strategies for OCI Data Center and hiring initiatives. Works in partnership with Hiring Managers to ensure the success of hiring initiatives. Build strategies to identify and attract top talent, partner with internal clients to ensure a positive candidate experience and have a deep understanding of the talent market and candidate profiles. Responsibilities Ability to understand Data Center talent profiles deeply, and the requirements of the role in terms of keywords, technologies, years of experience. Work with Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring demand and candidate profiles. Create and execute talent attraction and sourcing strategies to identify and engage quality candidates at scale. Manages the full end-to-end process of sourcing/hiring. Thorough understanding of sourcing strategies, and hiring processes. Focus on delivering a positive and transparent candidate experience. Understands the competitive ecosystem and talent profiles and adjusts strategy to creatively source talent. Utilizes data and reporting to improve hiring processes. Participates in special projects and recruiting initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.

Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
