Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in staffing and recruiting. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in light industrial roles such as warehouse associates, forklift operators, production workers, and general laborers. No prior recruiting experience required — we provide training! Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach Review applications and conduct phone and in-person interviews Match qualified candidates to open job orders Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes Conduct background checks and employment verifications Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients Assist with job fairs and hiring events Meet weekly hiring and placement goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required What We Offer Competitive base pay + performance bonuses Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Ideal Candidate You are energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoy building relationships.
