Greenwood is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based out of our Worcester, MA corporate office. We're building the Talent Acquisition function, including a new ATS and new career site, amongst other things. Responsibilities:
Be a strategic partner to hiring leaders, aligning TA strategies with business needs across areas such as field operations, project management, estimating, and corporate/office functions Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including intake and sourcing through offer closing Ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of craft, technical, and professional/office talent Support field recruiting for union roles (i.e., roofing, sheet metal) such as responding to candidate leads and partnering with local schools Develop relationships with colleges, local schools, industry organizations, etc. Research and attend job fairs or other relevant community events, travel as needed Recruit for internships and/or co-ops Collaborate with managers on job descriptions, interviewing, scheduling, etc. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting and sourcing on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Work five days on-site in Worcester, MA Experience in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for a variety of roles Ability to travel to different offices or community/school events Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proactive, ability to take initiative, and excellent time management skills Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related recruitment software (i.e., ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn) Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
