Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our growing healthcare organization during a period of increased hiring activity. This assignment will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping build strong candidate pipelines across a variety of positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and enjoys making an immediate impact. What You'll Do Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience required Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Proven ability to engage, influence, and close candidates Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Assignment Details $40.00 per hour Approximately 2-month assignment Immediate start preferred (pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements) Potential for extension or longer-term opportunities based on business needs If you're a recruiter who enjoys finding great talent, building relationships, and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
