Position Summary:

We are seeking a Recruiter to help us scale by identifying and attracting top talent. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, reviewing, and screening candidates — especially for our sales team — to ensure we bring in individuals who will thrive as our company continues to grow. Strong communication and persuasion skills are key, as you'll be connecting with candidates in a way that is similar to a sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to evaluate fit. Build pipelines of strong candidates, with a focus on sales roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with staffing needs. Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruiting activities. Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of professional work experience (sales experience or sales-related skills a plus). Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing company. Professional, motivated, and detail-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:
