Technical Recruiter
POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in IT opportunities in the northeast. This role offers the chance to advance your career in IT recruitment by identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, knowledgeable in MSPs and Fortune 500 companies, and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and engage with IT professionals and clients to fulfill recruitment needs effectively.
  • Analyze staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
  • Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates at various career stages.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-specific products, trends, and recruitment strategies.
  • Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to assess and address new hiring needs and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including relevant skills and companies.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and follow-ups to engage candidates and clients.
  • Ability to maintain ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
