Hagerstown, MD Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time About the Opportunity On Target Staffing is seeking motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiters to join our growing team in Hagerstown, MD. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting talented individuals with career opportunities, and working in a fast-paced staffing environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, supporting client accounts, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and applicants. Essential Job Duties Create and publish job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, company websites, and other recruiting channels Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Source passive candidates through online recruiting platforms and networking efforts Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Prepare candidates for client interviews and onboarding activities Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings Coordinate and process pre-employment requirements, including drug screenings when required Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers Provide clients with timely candidate updates and recruiting activity reports Attend job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to generate candidate leads Manage assigned client accounts and support workforce planning needs Respond to urgent staffing requests, including occasional after-hours communication when necessary Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation within company systems Collaborate with management and sales teams to support business growth and recruiting strategies Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required to effectively communicate with applicants, employees, and clients served by this position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, use a computer, and communicate effectively throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials weighing up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Benefits Benefits may include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Holiday pay Career growth opportunities Professional development and training Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on employment status and company policy.
