Schedule:
Full-Time Position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Main campus located in Hagerstown, MD Join a Mission-Driven Team The Arc of Washington County is seeking an organized, professional, and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Position Overview Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions throughout the organization, including direct support, administrative, professional, and leadership roles Coordinate hiring activities and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process Play a key role in attracting qualified candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination Review applications and conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and organizational fit Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms Track applicant activity and recruitment metrics using the
HRIS/ATS
system Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as needed Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support HR initiatives and assist with additional HR functions as assigned Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience preferred Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred; Paycor experience a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills Valid U.S. driver's license required Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (shared cost) Company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability 403(b) Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off and 7 Paid Holidays Casual dress code and employee appreciation events Ready to Apply?
