Job Description
We are seeking a HR Recruiter to identify, attract and hire top talent to support our organization's hiring goals. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with recruitment processes and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This is a junior level position.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsSource, screen and evaluate candidates through various channelsCoordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentationSupport onboarding activities for new hiresMonitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvementsPromote a positive candidate experience and employer brand
